How is this different from other popup apps?
Most popup apps hand you a drag-and-drop editor. PopupGenius starts you from one of 23 templates or from a popup the AI builds from your description, and you change its design and copy in chat — name the colors you want and it’s one message. Discounts, triggers and targeting have their own settings.
Do I need any design or coding skills?
None. If you can describe what you want in a sentence ("add a countdown timer" or "make the button bigger"), PopupGenius does the rest. No editor, no CSS, no drag-and-drop.
What does the template gallery include?

Will it slow down my store?

Does it work with my theme?
Yes, with any Online Store 2.0 theme. PopupGenius installs as a theme app extension, so there are no theme code changes — you just enable it in the theme editor. Vintage themes aren’t supported.
Does it work with Shop Pay?
Yes. Upsell discounts apply automatically at checkout — including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay — so there’s no code to type. Email-signup popups show a code you create in Shopify, which shoppers redeem at checkout.
How do I get started?
